What is the living cost in San Francisco?
I am relocating to San Francisco for 5 or 6 months. My main concern is about the living cost, which neighborhood do you recommend? I am planning to live with 3,000 dollars a month. Is that enough for rent, food, entertainment, etc?

$3000/month would be over average salary in SF, you will not have problem if you use money wisely.
Studio to one bedroom, rent $1500 to 2000( 20% San Francisco residents living in rent-controlled apartment for $800 2 bed/2 bath)
Don't need a car,a fairly good public transit, otherwise a monthly parking in downtown $300
Gas $4.09
Food, if you eat out all and like bars, expectd $500 to 800. Other expenditure for $300/month.
