when i go to dealer shop for service and repair they treat me like a crap?

is it because my car is very new one? so they think im not gonna pay for anything but everything's going to be covered by warranty so they treat me like a piece of crap?

I would examine a few things:

You're under warranty and not wed to the same place that sold you the car. B) You can talk directly to the owner and write a letter as well. (CC it to alot of people)
C) Make sure your side of the fence is clear, that you are not talking to these people poorly. This simply means remaining the bigger person, not getting engaged in their pettyness. A car dealership makes more money off of service and parts than the actual car, even under warranty because you are their best asset, a potential word of mouth promotion for other cars, and probably driving their car with all their metal dealer things on it. If they can't fix your car, they are losing the opportuniity to advertise.

I'd definetly talk to customer service. Remember too, that the car dealer has a higher authority to report to, the manufacturer. Get a bit loud --promote that you're having a problem, and you may get somewhere.
