How would it be difficult to turn a motorcycle into a chopper exsisting?
I want to turn a bike that I just hang around in a chopper for a hobby. It is a custom 79 Honda CX500. I just wanted to know if there was documentation that I could buy it as a guide rather than a lot of guess work myself.
The term originated Chopper back in the day when someone take a bike basket case. rebuild it by cutting other motorcycle parts for the wings and eclipse much of the old school chops had a rattle can paint job. Chop a bike is mainly for replacement parts, (now days) If you have the know-how and tools that you can do. Now if you want to go big time you can get to a certain framework and the body. So I'd say it's not that difficult. It's something old school guys did in the garage of the house there in the old days.
