1998 Chevrolet Malibu making noise as if my car is dragging something. What could be wrong?
The car, a 1998 Chevy Malibu LS, sounds like it dragging something when I drive and inside the cabin it sounds like something is rubbing. When I looked at my right side tire the spring or strut or shock or whatever it is is ON the tire.
What went wrong, what needs to be repaired, and what might the cost be?
